The new StepOne from Scifit offers a low impact exercise solution for all users, regardless of age or ability.
It offers a total-body workout that is designed to protect the back, hip and knee joints while delivering a safe cardio workout to improve heart health.
The StepOne has been created for cardiac rehabilitation and physical therapy, active ageing, sports injury rehabilitation and general cardio fitness.
It also features a removable seat to transform into an upper body exerciser for wheelchair users.
StepOne pedals always return to a neutral starting position to ensure easy step-through access and the adjustable arm and leg stride lengths give the user the ability to align it correctly, depending on their height and mobility.
As with all Scifit machines, the StepOne has a low starting resistance at just six watts of power and it comes with 200 resistance levels adjustable in 0.1 increments.
The orthopedic footbeds have safety edges, heel cups and foot straps, and the 1:1 arm to leg ratio promotes natural movement that is a similar foot pattern to walking or climbing stairs.
