HEART of ENGLAND fine foods (HEFF) is the regional food group for the West Midlands representing local producers. Since 1998, HEFF has worked on behalf of these producers, establishing contacts and building relationships with food retailers, wholesalers and food-service companies. HEFF's main goals are to make locally produced, quality food available to a wider public; raise consumer awareness of regional strengths and provide sustainable business opportunities to our local food economy.
