Offering unrestricted access to congested and hard to get at places, Nilfisk-Advance has launched a battery-powered version of its Backuum backpack vacuum cleaner.
The new model has a compact 450w battery pack which can be changed in seconds and features the same ergonomic, articulated design as the original cable version of the machine.
It has self-adjusting shoulder straps, weighs only 7.5kg, has a vacuum at the nozzle of 12 kPa and comes with a 3.5ltr dust bag. The company says that it is particularly suited for use in areas such as escalators, stairways and furnished seating in hotels, restaurants, cinemas and aircraft.
As with all the Backuum range, the hose coupling can be easily adjusted for either left- or right-handed operation.
