Originally developed for joggers to reduce the impact stress on joints, Kangoo Jumps® are Swiss-engineered low impact rebound sports shoes which are designed to increase the fun involved in taking exercise.
Providing a safe platform for jogging and other exercises hard on the joints, they work by creating a rebound effect that reduces shock impact on ankles, knees, shins, hips, spine and the lower back and are proving popular for group aerobics, physical strengthening and conditioning, rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Safe for use either indoors or out on any surface and suitable for all ages from six and upwards, they can be used for aerobics, gymnastics, treadmill jogging, rope jumping, kickboxing, running, athletics and cross training.
Professionally tailored fitness routines for Kangoo Jumps are also available. The Train Smarter™ programmes include Kangoo TTR, an energetic aerobic workout; Kangoo Kick, a martial arts-style, non-impact routine; Kangoo Power, a circuit-style programme for athletes; Kangoo Boot Camp, a mild 'military-style' outdoor training routine; Kangoo Running Clinic, designed for joggers and runners at all levels; and Train Smart, Train Safe, a full personal training programme.
