Ice Blast UK is to organise a series of demonstrations up and down the country for councils about a new approach to cleaning buildings and facilities.
The cleaning process uses dry ice blasting in order to lift dirt away. Through a process of expanding CO2 combined with water to produce a snow-like substance, the material is compressed through a die to make hard dry ice pellets.
These pellets are then propelled at high speed to remove unwanted contaminates.
"We've worked in many sectors, including the industrial food preparation sector, leisure sector and restoration work on historic buildings, inside and out," says Managing Director Tremain Jones.
"We have researched all the applications and ice cleaning and blasting works in almost all industries, removing contaminants such as oil, grease, adhesives, ink, dirt, dust, rust, carbon, soot, pulp, paint and food particles."
