Expanding the Spa Experience

Supplier: European Spas Association

More European Spas Association details
The European Spas Association and Wellness Denmark are hosting the 19th Annual ESPA Congress from May 20th to 22nd 2014.

A number of prominent keynote speakers have been invited to inspire us to think beyond current spa experiences.

In addition and as part of the Congress, we've arranged a number of interactive workshops and would like to encourage everyone to share knowledge, discuss the issues and develop new ideas.

Some of the highlights are:

The thrill factor

In his dynamic keynote presentation, Henrik Meng will remind us that our guests are the cornerstones of our businesses and that our relationships with them are essential to their overall spa experience.

A journey through Nordic wellness trends

One of Scandinavia’s leading spa consultants, Linda Myrberg, will present current trends and inspirations within Nordic Wellness.

Thalasso - seaside locations as a therapeutic and recreational opportunity

An inspirational workshop for those who would like to use their seaside location to include the natural elements of the sea in their therapeutic portfolio.

Aqua Meditation

Combine the restorative powers of water with the principles of meditation and hold your breath – the practice of aqua meditation is born. Find out more in our workshop.

The location – Hotel Vejlefjord

The location of Hotel Vejlefjord was chosen based on a vital criteria: a beautiful, rural setting far from heavy traffic and with access to good, clean air and an inviting nature. Although established as a TB sanatorium in 1900 it's now one of the leading spa hotels in Denmark.
