Pocket PT is a new website where users can interact with a personal trainer who devises a personal work out that can be downloaded onto any mobile video device such as a phone or an I-Pod.
Said to have been designed to cater for everyone from technophobes who have never exercised to athletes in full training, the new system - which features REPs advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer, Daniel Newman - incorporates more than 500 routines and disciplines for doing at home, in the park or in a gym, depending on a user's situation and access to equipment.
Various packages are available - ranging from the Personal Trainer month by month through to the 12 month Fit Kit - and each provides a fully tailored Personal Fitness Programme, plus advice on food and nutrition, and all the tools needed to monitor a user's progress.
The three month Fit Kit option comes with a free jumpsuit iPod Holder, the six month with free resistance cords and the 12 month with free resistance cords and Swiss Ball.
